California residents, please note that 7.75% state sales tax will be calculated with your order. Should a problem exist, please contact Kat Fox by email or by phone, 1-530-753-5491, and explain the situation. A store credit will be given if it is determined that an error was made on our part. Requirements: Notification of a problem must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. A claim must be filed in writing sent through the USPS or faxed. If the claim is deemed valid a store credit will be issued.

Pricing is based on many factors. The following criteria is analyzed. The quantity of the cards in a release that is available to the public. Player popularity based on shooting points, assits, blocks, rebounds, etc. If the card is numbered, for example: 01/50 or if the numbered card is the player's jersey number. For example: Diana Taurasi: 03/50, would be what we call a premium and the value increases 20%-40%. In addition, if the card is in mint condition based on centering and the edges and corners are clean. There are a couple of book value (BV) magazines, but they cater mainly to the men's cards. I do know that these magazines use my pricing for their BV of women's cards. My prices are on the high retail end. This is to maintain the integrity of the card for the collector. If you want to email me for a high/low value please feel free to do so. Also, trading cards are similar to what we call commodities. The price can change daily. If an order comes in with old pricing E-TradingCards.com™ can refuse to sell the item based on a price change without notice and consequence. This happens rarely, but, it can occur.

 

Why doesn't a shipping charge appear when I place an order? At the current time, the U.S. Postal Service and UPS does not offer a program that allows the rates to be calculated automatically. We must go to the UPS and USPS rate calculator to determine the shipping charge. Once we get the shipping amount, we will e-mail you with that total. If paying by credit card, the order will be processed including the shipping. If paying by check or money order, just add the amount of shipping that is quoted in your order confirmation and send the payment to us.
